ORBYTE POLICIES

Terms of Service

Rules for accounts, alternate accounts, Byte, synthetic voices, content, moderation, and use of Orbyte.

Effective September 25, 2026 · Version 2026-09-25-r4

1. Eligibility and minimum age

You must be at least 13 years old to create or use Orbyte. Do not provide a false birthday or help someone below the minimum age bypass Orbyte's age requirements.

2. Your account

You are responsible for activity on your account and for protecting your password, login links, codes, and sessions. Do not sell accounts, steal accounts, or impersonate Orbyte staff.

3. Alternate accounts (aka alts)

Multiple accounts are allowed. You may create as many accounts as you reasonably need. You are allowed to create a new account after a suspension as long as the new account follows Orbyte's rules.

Spam, platform-abuse, scam, harassment, and safety rules apply to every account. If harmful behavior continues across accounts, Orbyte may act on related accounts and use technical anti-abuse measures available to the service, such as invalidating sessions, rate limits, or restrictions on abusive network traffic.

4. Acceptable use

You must follow the Community Guidelines. Child-safety abuse, scams, spam, harassment and bullying, hateful conduct, threats, doxxing, phishing, malware, impersonation, sexual exploitation, platform abuse, and illegal or dangerous activity can result in enforcement.

5. Your content

You keep ownership of content you create. You grant Orbyte a limited permission to host, store, process, display, and deliver it as needed to operate, secure, moderate, back up, and improve the service.

6. Byte, AI, calls, and synthetic voices

Byte is an automated AI feature and can make mistakes. Voice-call audio may be processed for speech recognition, AI response generation, and text-to-speech. Only create synthetic voices from your own voice or a voice you have explicit permission to clone. Do not use synthetic voices for fraud, impersonation, harassment, coercion, or deception.

7. Servers, bots, and integrations

Server owners, moderators, bot developers, and webhook owners are responsible for how they configure and operate their communities and integrations. Orbyte may remove or restrict communities and integrations used for abuse.

8. Moderation and appeals

Orbyte may review reports and relevant evidence. Enforcement may include warnings, content removal, feature limits, server action, temporary suspension, or permanent suspension. Account Standing may show the violation type, severity, action, evidence, and appeal status.

9. Paid and virtual features

Orbyte Plus is optional. Prices and benefits are those shown at checkout. Diamonds and virtual items are service features rather than money or stored value unless Orbyte explicitly says otherwise.

10. Availability and changes

Orbyte is provided as available and may experience bugs, outages, feature changes, or data loss. Material policy changes may require renewed acceptance.

11. Support

Questions about these Terms or enforcement can be sent through the Orbyte Support Center.

These pages summarize Orbyte's current service policies. In-app Account Standing and Support Center remain the primary places for enforcement details and appeals.
